We invite you to our house, 4 kms from Quemchi, to live an experience where tradition and flavor come together: the elaboration of Chicha de Manzana. You will be able to harvest apples directly from the trees, then crush and press them following traditional methods to extract their juice in a natural way.

You will discover the different varieties of local apples, their uses in the kitchen and their relationship with the island's culture.
